How to Return your REV33
You may return your REV33 within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your REV33 must be returned (i) with the original purchase receipt, showing date of purchase and amount paid (ii) in the same condition that you received it, (iii) in the original packaging and (iv) with a postmark or waybill date within 30 days from your date of purchase. Please fill out the Return and Warranty form and send that over to us. We’d appreciate it if you’d give us a little information about your experience including the in-ears or headphones that you are using. Either Brett or Dennis (CEO and CTO respectively) will send you a personal response with information on where to ship your REV33.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
The REV33s are built tough. They can take a heavy concert schedule. But if your REV33 does stop working then tell us about the problem and let us take a look at it. We’ll replace it up to a year after your purchase. Just complete the brief Return and Warranty form telling us what happened and what in-ears or headphones you are using with your REV33. We’ll then email information on where to ship your REV33 for analysis and update you via email regarding the status of your claim. Defective products qualify only if a claim is submitted through this portal. To be eligible for a replacement REV33, your REV33 must be returned (i) with the original purchase receipt showing date of purchase and (ii) with a postmark or waybill date within one year of your date of purchase.
What if you break the REV33?
We want your ears to be treated like royalty. If you break your REV33 – it is really hard to do but a hammer will do the trick – inside the warranty period just return it to us (submit a claim on the form here on this page) and we will give you a 25% discount code to use when you purchase a replacement REV33 within 30 days. We will also email information on where to ship your broken REV33. To be eligible for this discount, your REV33 must be returned (i) with the original purchase receipt showing date of purchase and (ii) with a postmark or waybill date within one year of your date of purchase.
Already Completed a Claim?
What happens next? Once your warranty claim has been processed and verified, we will quickly get you back up and running with a new REV33. Your ears deserve fast service.
