EXCELLENT customer service!
“I'm a 'weekend warrior' that works with 4 separate bands in the Seattle area (1 dance band, 3 tribute bands). I've had IEMs longer than anyone I know up here (20-ish years). I rely on them COMPLETELY. It's not pretty, but it's a fact. Running the gamut of local gigs (clubs, casinos, corporate events, top-notch PA's down to 'what does this button do??') my ears can take a beating. I've swapped to Gorilla Ears recently to use with my trusty Shure PSM600. At the same time, my drummer turned me on to the Rev33-he swears by them. I tried his at a gig and THOUGHT I noticed a difference, but then again, it was only for a soundcheck. I gave it back to him. We did the gig. I went home with ringing ears- you know, like normal. Next gig, I find my keyboard player has one too, but his is a different color. I tried his with my rig for a set. I noticed no difference whatsoever. Well ya dope- that's because you have to buy the right one for you IEMs. SO- I made the purchase and bought the 'ProTan' [which was the recommendation from Rev33]. Got them a few days later. Used them for a few gigs. Honestly, I couldn't HEAR anything different. I wrote to the company and told them my concerns. They were very good to deal with and after some back and forth (I think there were like 40 emails), Brett got in touch with me and basically said "We may have something that works better. Here are 2 more units that we just developed " [not on the site] and Brett sent them to me to try). So this company basically trusted me to try out their product for about a month and a half at no cost to me other than my original purchase price. WHO in 2017 DOES THAT??? So after some more gigs, I ended up going for the Silver version. I did seem to notice my ears had less ringing and a quicker recovery time. It's not an OBVIOUS thing- though I wish it were. You just kind notice it over a few shows. I seem to be singing a bit easier (most nights) and really the only thing I've changed in my rig is the Rev33. Huge Kudos to Brett and his company for putting their trust in the 'little guy'. I'm NO ONE to them, but they took the time to make sure that I had the best customer experience that I could. That is to be applauded. Thanks Rev33!”

“This little device saved me from giving up music. I am now in my 50s and have been suffering big time with Tinnitus and Hyperacusis lately. As as a producer and educator, this is a nightmare. I have been avoiding using monitors to mix, as my ears just cant hack them, even at moderate levels. Im fatiguing too quickly these days. The Rev 33 matched to my AKG headphones, has really sorted this problem out. I can mix comfortably with the cans, without ear fatigue with the Rev 33 attached. It really is a fantastic piece of equipment. Im really so happy that I found the Rev 33.”

REV33 & Alclair Dual XB's, so nice!
“Going from regular ear buds to Alclair Dual XB in-ears was great! Later, adding REV33 was the icing on the cake! I could turn down my LiveMix levels and yet, have more clarity and hear "more" of the mix. My first 4-hour practice was remarkable without the same ringing in my ears afterward. I won't use my in-ears without the REV33 now! I play in a worship band with (usually) drums, bass, keys, loops, two electrics, acoustic, and 5 vocalists. Getting most of that in a wireless mix is tricky, but waaaay better with REV33. Big difference. Thanks REV33!”
